You could try BAM with a smaller camera lens however you think there might be problems with this, including the fact that there will be no BAM filter built in that will help, but chances are you missed a BAM filter coming up when you use BAM to detect camera. I just tested BAM with the 4.4-D300D and it works fine, however, other filters made no changes.
