Putnam Competitions
Putnam Competitions The are a group of events held by view Australian Council for the Promotion of International Relations. These events are sanctioned by the Council of the Australian Association of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Ministers that are held in the Federal Capital Territory. Each year the Australian Council of Aboriginal and Tertiary Governments (ACAT) sponsors a series of international competitions that are held every two years. Similar to the Australian Council's competition in the Australian Capital Territory, these competitions are held in conjunction with other Australian Councils.
