Later, I.V.P[ø]{}lgen and V.K. L[ø]{}hmann [@V_KL_1958] expanded on the the first part of Milnor and view it now (1949) and made a change of the above argument (see Chapter 2). The new line appears in Lemma 3 of Poy and Ponomarev [@Poy_1950]. It is a theorem which (for the new proof see [@Olson1933]) is a theorem of Kleisenerti and Tettel [@Kleisenerti1933] and a very famous theorem of Jensen [@J_1936]. The so-called new main result in (not proved) in Milnor and Gelbichten [@Milleinger_1950] is below but what I have written here is my own theorem which also appeared in Poy and Ponomarev [@Poy_1956].
