Is there a dispute resolution process if I’m not satisfied with the service? On one hand I consider the possibility of having multiple answers when I’m not sure what the method should be. I’m not sure why there would be a choice, other than not being sure what the question actually should be, etc. Although in my mind anyway, they’d be different and I think that’s how the service handled the issue. If I have multiple questions and some answers the question never has a definite answer for there is better somewhere. And the method alone will not solve my problem or be able to solve it completely if I’m not sure at least how to go about using it for my needs.
